The basic rental price includes a push cart, load sheets, helmet (deductible €1000). If you wish, you can choose additional insurances or other choices for a separate payment.
The vehicle rental is paid immediately at the booking stage. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, read the rental conditions and possible change/cancellation fees.
All matters related to the vehicle and rental are handled through our reservation system at https://rent.vrum.fi. When you arrive at the vehicle, open the reservation system with your mobile phone browser and log in with the credentials you created when you registered in the system.
You can activate the reservation already 10 minutes before the start of the rental (if the vehicle has no other reservations). Your reservation appears immediately on the front page, but you can also find all your reservations under the middle tab.
Activate the reservation and follow the instructions, so you can open the doors. The car keys can be found in the compartment marked with a key sticker in the cab.
Return the vehicle to the same location where you took it into use. Make sure that the vehicle is parked in its designated area and does not violate the parking rules.
Fill up the vehicle's tank and clean up your tracks. Leave the keys in the locker, close the doors and windows and decide on your reservation from the reservation system. The doors lock. Also make sure that the doors are securely locked.

Yes you can. The second driver must also have a class B driving license and must familiarize himself with the rental conditions. The renter of the vehicle is the owner of the vehicle during the rental period and is responsible for the proper use of the vehicle.
Our vans are not the latest models, but are in good condition and well-maintained individuals that serve the needs of our customers. Thanks to the automated booking system, we don't need extra staff for the vehicle delivery procedures, which also saves us costs.
Due to our service concept, we do not have an actual office where you can deal with rental matters. In this way, we are able to offer more affordable car rental to our customers.
