Payment of rent
Vehicle rental is paid at the time of booking through Paytrail payment provider.
Insurance
Normal deductible in case of damage is 1,600€. The deductible can be reduced to 500 euros at a price of 14.90 €. The deductible cannot be purchased while driving.
- Tire insurance 3.90€. Reimburses the cost of a tire failure during the rental.
- Windshield insurance 3.90€. Reimburses the cost of a broken windshield.
- Cancellation security 7.00€. You can cancel your reservation free of charge by the start of your 12h rental. Less than 12h from the start of the booking, the fee is 25% of the rental price.
Mileage limit
The rental price includes a 300-kilometer drive. Kilometers exceeding – 0.30 € / each. If you think you are driving more, you can buy free kilometers for € 14.90.
- It is not possible to buy free kilometers during the rental period.
- The booking cannot be terminated outside the car’s domicile.
- Fuel is not included in the price in either case, but the car must always be returned fully refueled.
Rental is possible to extend if you find that your current rental period is not sufficient. However, the condition is that the car has no other reservations. Additional hours will be charged according to the normal booking price list. The following are examples according to the S-Class price list.
- E.g. 1: Your reservation is 2h = 20.00€. If you continue the reservation for one hour then the total price of your reservation is 30.00€.
- E.g. 2: Your reservation is 9h = 69.00€. You will continue your reservation for another 3 hours, ie your total time is now 12 hours. As the Daily Price is 69.00€, there will be no additional costs for the extension in this case.
- E.g. 3: Your reservation is 24h = 69.00€. If you continue the reservation for another hour, the price of your rental will automatically increase to € 138, as bookings longer than one day will be charged according to the daily price list.
A penalty for late payment is twice the hourly rate per vehicle, billed per starting hour without a cap. (Eg S-class: 20.00 € / per starting hour.)

Vehicle damage
In the event of a crash or damage, motor insurance covers the counterparty’s damages. Damage to the rental vehicle that is covered by the hull is indemnified for the deductible up to a maximum of € 1,600 (does not apply to the separate price list below). You have the option to reduce the deductible to € 500 with a one-off payment of € 14.90.

- Car operating instructions – 250 €
- Fuel shortage: 3,5 € / liter + 30 € service fee. If the refueling cannot be confirmed (receipt), a calculated formula based on the kilometers driven and an average consumption of 10l / 100km is used.
- Car interior cleaning
- vacuuming and garbage cleaning – 30 €
- surface cleaning – 20 €
- odor nuisances – € 100
- bench cleaning – 150 €
- upholstery damage – full compensation.
- heavy dirt (paint / oil / grease, etc.) – 200 €
- moisture damage (eg leaving windows open) – max. 500€
- Damage / damage / lost goods not mentioned in the list will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis without a ceiling.
- Other costs incurred by the car that are transferred to VRUM VRUM (eg collection of error charges, parking / towing, etc., as well as any downtime / times caused by these) will be charged to the customer in full, incl. billing surcharge and service charge. (Annual conditions section 2.1)
